I started Ramp Talent to give high-growth and start-up companies another way to hire and build a team and compete in the hiring and talent game with the big brands. Recruiting is hard, messy, and can be a challenge to manage. Companies need scalable recruiting strategies that are aligned with their business growth goals in order to attract, hire and retain top talent.
